NSRP: Spools that have been locked some how have their |

status set to modified even though nothing has changed in |
|
them. |

Bug occurs when an Export drawing is made from the |
|
model. The pipes are cloned and when the clones are |
|
erased a revision was written stating the fact (even |
|
though it was just a clone). The spool indicated modified |
|
due to the 'erased' object. |
