When the user SaveAs on an Assembly / Arrangement drawing the new drawing should be registered as a new drawing
Profile Plot, Spool, Plate Nest when saveas is called should remove link to database.
When the user calls SaveAs on a Model / System / Nest / Profile Plot drawing the new drawing should not be registered and if opened will not be able to update from the database.
The long term goal is to have users have a ways to store copies of any sc drawing for revision purposes.

WorkAround
Instead of using SaveAs SC Utilities > Exprot to DWG. This can be used for revisions and to send copies to other that do not have ShipConstructor installed.
